Why do I have to pre-purchase an item?

By pre-purchasing a product with us you will have first priority from our shipment. Barring any manufacturing mishaps/shortages/acts of God, you are essentially guaranteed the item you pre-purchased. Your pre-purchase will be shipped the day the item will arrive, unless there’s a specific release date instruction provided by the publisher/manufacturer.

Do you require a prepayment for a pre-purchase item?

Yes. All Pre-Purchases are charged immediately, unless otherwise specified. This will lock your order in. For some products we request only a 30% up-front payment. If the product you want is expensive and it’s not immediately available, you can choose to pay in monthly installments.

What if the price changes?

Our pre-order promise guarantees that in case the item you had its price lowered, then we will refund the difference. If it gets higher, you will not be charged anything extra.

What if I order multiple items, both in stock and pre-purchase

In this case we’ll break the order into separate shipping groups. Each one will be dispatched as soon as stock the product(s) will be in our warehouse and ready to ship. If there are shipping charges, you will be charged independently. If you want items to dispatch as soon as they come in, please consider separating your orders.

What if I want to group pre-purchases based on the release date?

That is fine. However, please have in mind that all release dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee dates as everything depends from the manufacturer/publisher.

Are the availability dates accurate

Unfortunately, these are estimated dates given to us by the publishers/manufacturers. In many occasions there may be delays with production or delays with customs. Please note there are many factors which may cause a delay on a product’s arrival. You can also check with us by contacting us – our team is more than happy to assist you and explain the situation.

What if I placed a combined order and one of the items is delayed?

If an item is delayed beyond a month, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you

What if you are short-shipped and do not receive all of your products from the publisher/manufacturer

Unfortunately, we have no control over how manufacturers distribute their inventory. On some cases there are worldwide allocations and we have items canceled. In this case we will contact you immediately to remedy the situation.

What if I want to cancel a pre-order from your site?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a pre-order. A pre-order locks you in and guarantees your shipment. Please do not proceed with any orders unless you are 100% sure that you want the item.

How long will it take you to ship out my pre-order once it’s received in your warehouse?

Most pre-orders are dispatched immediately as soon as they are released. We know you want your item so we do anything in our power to make sure you will have it the soonest possible. If you have any questions you can always contact us.
